Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired)D SALMON

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets
2 tsp. The Perfect Blend Seasoning
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Salt & pepper, to taste
1/3 cup Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired)

Instructions

BBQ method: Heat grill to high heat. Pat salmon fillets with paper towel to remove moisture, then generously coat the flesh side with oil and season with salt & pepper. Grill the salmon skin side down over direct high heat with the lid closed for 6-8 minutes. Turn the fillets over, brush with Maple Bourbon Apricot Glaze (Retired) and grill for another 4-5 minutes. Once cooked the skin can be removed. To serve, warm the remaining sauce and spoon over fillets.

Oven method: Prepare the salmon the same way as above, then bake in the oven at 375°F for 15 minutes.
